1. Permissions Requested and Purpose of Use

• Photo Library (Photos Access): Used only when you manually choose to import content from your system album. Once imported, the content is encrypted locally and traces are removed from the system album (if this feature is enabled).
• Camera (Anti-peeping): The front camera is used solely to detect the number of people viewing the screen when you are browsing private information, in order to prevent data leakage.
• Location Services: Used solely to embed geographical metadata (latitude/longitude) into your photos/videos. This information remains within the encrypted container stored locally only to display location details during playback. We do not record or upload any location tracks or history.
• All permission requests strictly adhere to the iOS system privacy prompts.

2. No Collection, Storage, or Transmission of Personal Data

The App operates entirely offline. It does not connect to servers, nor does it integrate any analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs. Important Note: The emphasis on "fully offline operation" does not exclude the process where you actively configure a cloud drive and transmit end-to-end encrypted data through a trusted cloud storage service provider. Therefore, the App does not collect the following data:

• Device Identifiers: Such as IDFA, IDFV, etc.
• Biometric Data: Facial verification is performed locally in real-time; no feature vectors or images are stored.
• Location History: No uploading or tracking of your movements.
• Media Metadata: No access to original files or metadata outside of the local encrypted environment.
• Usage Data: No behavioral logs, crash reports, or diagnostic data.
• Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Any information that could be used to identify you.

3. Processing of Photos and Videos

• Local Encryption: Captured or imported content is encrypted locally using a unique key generated from your Combined Password + Unique Device Attributes (MAC address + App installation timestamp).
• Sandbox Storage: Encrypted files are stored exclusively within the App's sandbox. They will not appear in the system photo library, "Recently Deleted" folders, or the Files App.
• Device Binding: Encryption is device-specific, non-portable, and non-recoverable. Data cannot be decrypted if copied to another device, if the App is reinstalled, or by the developer.
• No Backdoors: The developer has no access to and cannot decrypt any of your content.

4. Facial Verification

We do not collect, store, or upload any facial images or biometric features. All intermediate data generated during the verification process is destroyed immediately upon completion.

5. Data Sharing and International Transfer

No data sharing, no cross-border transmission. All data remains locally on your device or within the network storage (NAS/Cloud Drive) manually configured by you.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with global privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, and PIPL), you have the right to be informed, to decide, and to delete your data. Since we do not hold any of your personal information, you may exercise these rights by:

• Revoking Camera/Location/Photo Library permissions in your system settings.
• Deleting all content: Uninstalling the App will permanently destroy all data (due to the device-binding encryption, uninstalled data is irrecoverable).

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy due to changes in laws, regulations, or App functionality. As the App operates offline, we cannot push update notifications to you. Please check the online version of this Privacy Policy via the link provided in the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
